Data Science and AI Institute Junior Faculty Awards
We are excited to announce the call for nominations for the Data Science and AI Institute Junior Faculty Awards. These awards are aimed at recognizing outstanding contributions by tenure-track and research faculty at the assistant professor level in the fields of Computer Science (CS), Applied Mathematics and Statistics (AMS), and Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Additionally, faculty associated with centers or institutes committed to federating within the Data Science and AI Institute are also eligible.
Award Details:
Multiple awards will be granted in the form of discretionary funds to support the recipients’ research and academic endeavors.
Nomination Guidelines:
- Nominations must be submitted by a center/institute director or department head.
- Each head/director is eligible to nominate up to two candidates.
- Nominations should include a nomination letter highlighting the candidate’s significant research contributions and potential, as well as contributions to the JHU Data Science and AI Institute community.
- Include a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
