Submissions

We are inviting Johns Hopkins affiliates (students, postdocs, faculty, and professional staff) to present a poster during our poster session. Please submit your work here: https://forms.office.com/r/KEf5EmJbdb.

The deadline to be considered for the poster session is September 15, 2023.

The symposium explores recent advances in AI that are making a profound impact on human endeavors and are revolutionizing knowledge creation in disciplines ranging from science and medicine to social sciences and the arts. We, therefore, encourage submissions from researchers from diverse disciplines. New and previously presented research is welcome.

Abstracts will not be made public (i.e., no official proceedings), and will be reviewed and selected for quality. Submissions should be no more than one page, although a second page may be used for references. Alternatively, a PDF of the poster itself may be submitted in place of an abstract. The first author listed on the abstract is considered to be the presenting author. Each presenting author may submit only one abstract.

Poster requirements:
Posters can be presented in either landscape or portrait format but should not exceed 36” x 48” or 48” x 36″.
Poster backing board, clips and easels will be provided on site.
